I am About to Sabatoge Security Networks

We cancelled our service back in May and paid an ENORMOUS buy out fee.  Now we are getting past due notices...and after already having to pay our bank a $30 stop payment fee to prevent them from withdrawing money without being authorized back in May, they have now charged us $39.99 AGAIN this month.  If this customer service idiot doesn't call us back ASAP I am filing with the Better Business Bureau.

Oh wait.  I'm too angry to wait for a call back when I have been promised one about 16 different times by this company.  Filing complaint now.
