Real Estate Wish List

If you have ever purchased a home, you understand what I mean when I say that we have come up with a fairly long, detailed *list* of all of the features we would like to have in our next house.  This list has been merely in our minds, until now that is...

*laundry room
*solid surface flooring in all living areas (sans bedrooms, we are OK with carpet there but don't require it)
*3 bedrooms (4 would be awesome but not necessary)
*2.5 bathrooms
*smooth, non-textured ceilings EVERYWHERE
*lots of windows (living in an interior townhome/row home has taken its toll on our vitamin D levels)
*backyard that is fully fenced, no holes (or can be fully fenced)
*2+ car garage (we have really loved having this and now I couldn't see us not having a garage for both cars)
*location in an uber-safe, walkable neighborhood and within half an hour of Jake's work, 15 minutes to church (preferably with a Mother's Day Out  program), 10 minutes to the nearest Target (preferably a SuperTarget), 10 minutes to a YMCA or Gym with children's programming, and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery
*large bedrooms
*very large master suite with huge tub, separate shower, massive walk-in closet, and office area
*lots of storage (loft or basement or both)
*huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and uber deep sink
*lots of recessed lighting
*fans in every room
*open floor plan with a loft feel
*preferably 1 floor, 2 at a max

Well, I could go on and on but Jake is pushing me out the door to go to the zoo...
