Update on CST

Cole and I took our Columbus trip Monday and Tuesday to visit Dr. Hazelbaker again. Everything went very well! Cole managed to sleep the entire trip over and almost the entire trip back (we had to stop so he could eat about 30 miles outside of Indy on the way back, but he was so well behaved even AFTER I put him back in the carseat for the rest of the trip!) Dr. Hazelbaker said she was able to create some huge shifts which should help us out immensely. She also mentioned that he had a very distinct strain pattern in his collarbone---probably not a break, but a strain. This would have happened at delivery (which makes sense).

Luckily we have to come back in 2 weeks this time which will give us a much needed break from driving each week! And this time my mom will be driving over with us for his appointment on Thursday, October 29th at 3:15pm. His torticollis is definitely improving---Jake and I are actually seeing him turn to his right on his own now!

Today has been a fairly good day, although Cole has unfortunately changed his sleeping pattern from 9:30pm to 5:30am to 10:00pm to 2:30pm...then waking again at 5:30am and 7:30am. I can't complain, however, as he goes back down MUCH more easily than when you initially put him to bed at night. Kids go through a major growth spurt around 3 months (which will be this Friday for him), so that may be what is going on with the interruption of his sleep.
